Kawagome brings with him extensive experience in building and managing large Data centers for International clients and familiar with the American and Asian business culture. As Director & Head of Shiohama Data Center, Japan, he has been responsible for a number of technology initiatives and focused on management by objective.
Kawagome as Director with Renaissance takes complete responsibility for Technical operations and provides strategic direction for the Data Center expansion plans of the company

Vinu has held senior positions in Adobe. Prior to joining Adobe, Vinu was the Senior Director with McAfee, he has spent over 25 years in the US working for various high-tech
companies like Sybase, E*TRADE and ILOG.

Sunil has over 28 years of work experience both in India and abroad, having worked with leading companies including Ford and the Tata Group. Sunil is now the CEO of Renaissance Technologies, where he is primarily responsible for managing operations, formulation and execution of business strategies, new ventures and business development activities.
Sunil is a passionate entrepreneur, who has co-founded companies that have made a foray into urban infrastructure and Logistics business. He brings his entrepreneurial skill and exposure of the services sector to Renaissance and is currently identifying growth opportunities that will take Renaissance to a higher growth trajectory.
